Listed on the site are residential properties with at least 20% equity or more. These can range from buy and holds to fix ‘n flips to move-in ready. Our residential properties typically are not listed on the MLS, however, if they are, they will be identified accordingly.
We perform our due diligence on the properties to verify the value and fix up estimates prior to posting on the site to reduce the surprises a buyer can sometimes experience.
If you have a property or properties at 80% or less of FMV, with comps or an appraisal, please forward the same to cindy@redheadproperties.com and we will post that property on the site. We charge small finders fee for bringing you the buyer.
