Through Redhead’s extensive network we have been given opportunities to help investors with their exclusive investment opportunities. These investment opportunities are national and international multi-million dollar real estate development deals.
Investors have an opportunity to come in as debt or equity partners. Additionally, the investments have expanded to multi-million dollar hedge/investment fund and private placement memorandums or non-real estate start up company investments.
To better serve both our buyers and sellers we will have detailed parameters of the buyer’s and seller’s needs. Our database will then match those parameters together and will distribute the deals to one funding organization that match those parameters via e-mail, one investor at a time. This keeps the deals exclusive and serves the buyer as it gives them an opportunity to submit an offer without competition. That buyer will have 24 hours to respond to that e-mail, if the buyer declines the response, or doesn’t respond at all, the property then moves to the next investor in line. The list of funding organizations will rotate in order for everyone to have a fair chance at being first in line for these exclusive deals.
