We are typically direct to Seller in order to facilitate a quick close.

Once a property becomes available, we will send all of the buyers that match those parameters an e-mail, one buyer at a time. You will have 24 hours to respond to that e-mail, if you decline the response, or don’t respond at all, the property then moves to the next buyer in line.
